Due to recent changes in our snow removal insurance, we are obligated to recommend sanding for the properties we plow. In many instances clients do not feel this is necessary, therefore we are asking that if you decline this service you sign off on any liability associated with that decision. If you do require sanding at specific times we will of course be available to do so.

I decline sanding after snow removal for my property at the address entered here. I understand that BJCE has recommended this service to me to limit the risk of accident or injury associated with icy surfaces as a result of snow removal services or otherwise.
